Vivie and Ash

All designs are hand drawn by me and each order is individually printed and packaged on demand. It can take up to two weeks for your wrapping paper to ship, longer during peak season. If there are other items in your order wrapping paper will ship separately. If you require immediate shipping, kindly refrain from ordering wrapping paper. Regrettably, we are unable to ship wrapping paper internationally or to Alaska/Hawaii. Due to the oversized nature of the wrapping paper shipping costs can be relatively high. We utilize UPS Ground for shipping. While the minimum order quantity is 6 units, we recommend considering a minimum of 12 units (with various designs) to optimize shipping costs. Our Vivie & Ash logo and product information label is printed directly onto the paper and measures 2x2 inches. The roll is one continuous sheet of #20 weight paper measuring 2.5 x 7 ft

In-Store Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for exchange or 30 days for store credit only. 

Online Returns

Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment. Within 30 days of the shipping date, you can receive a merchandise credit on a gift card. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note at this time we can only receive returns via UPS and Fed-Ex. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items are always FINAL SALE. No refunds or store credit(s) will be issued. sale items returned to us via mail will not be issued a refund or store credit and can be reshipped to customer at your request and expense.  otherwise these items will be donated to a local charitable partner.
