Refund policy

In-Store Returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for exchange or 30 days for store credit only. 

Online Returns: Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment. Within 30 days of the shipping date, you can receive a merchandise credit on a gift card. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note at this time we can only receive returns via UPS and Fed-Ex. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items are always FINAL SALE. No refunds or store credit(s) will be issued. sale items returned to us via mail will not be issued a refund or store credit and can be reshipped to customer at your request and expense.  otherwise these items will be donated to a local charitable partner.
